The Engaged Community Project has joined Give an Hour to become “Give an Hour California”. Give an Hour California will work to expand Give an Hour’s network in California to serve populations in need including adolescents and their families. Give an Hour California will also focus on prevention, education and outreach to the community as well as support for mental health service providers. The California team will continue Give an Hour’s public health initiative throughout the state. By working with our partner organizations and promoting the Campaign to Change Direction across California, we will increase the likelihood that those in need receive the care and support they deserve.
