Mental Health Counseling
Current or former military spouse (all branches, including Reserve and National Guard) are eligible for services from Give an Hour’s network. For questions, please email email@example.com
Mental Health Resources
Prevention and early identification of emotional suffering and education about healthy self care practices plays a critical role in emotional health. Here are some resources.
Give an Hour helps ease the transition from licensure to jobs in behavioral health: connect with mentors, identify accredited graduate programs, secure clinical supervision for licensure, and understand licensure requirements and portability.
Volunteer with Give an Hour
We invite military spouses in the mental health profession and in supervision to join our network and obtain their hours.
Founded in 2005 by Dr. Barbara Van Dahlen, Give an Hour® is a national organization dedicated to transforming mental health by building strong and healthy individuals and communities. We specifically provide mental health support to people impacted by humanmade trauma through an innovative approach that empowers those we help to actively take part in their own mental health journey.
