Mental Health. For Life.

Thank you for your interest in Give an Hour! We are ready to see how we can help.

Our care journey is currently available for specific populations. If you have questions about eligibility, contact us. Remember, add @giveanhour.org to your safe sender list to ensure you receive information.

Peer Support

Peer support groups offer a safe place with peers that offer emotional support, knowledge, skills, practical assistance, and connection. Peer support is not therapy. Give an Hour trained peer supporters are individuals with lived experience who lead peer support groups both with our organization and in their communities.

Workshops and Resources

Prevention and literacy resources including custom workshops and digestible one page reference documents. Empowering recovery from difficult experiences and setbacks, to adapt, move forward, and experience growth – our series of trainings deliver skills and tools to better care for yourself and those in your community.

Mental Health Counseling

Person-centered, barrier-free access to safe, effective mental health services is one path to enhanced emotional wellbeing.  Learn how to find and access mental health care. For some programs, Give an Hour’s network of providers offer probono therapy.
