This group meets online on Mondays from 6-7 pm using Zoom and will be facilitated by Stacy Sanderson, MS, LMFT, LPCC. The group is ongoing and you are welcome to join every week, or less often, whatever works best for you. Groups will discuss emotional health, how to maintain wellness, the signs of emotional suffering, and how traumatic events can affect one’s wellness. Our hope is that this group becomes a community of support for you.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all group meetings will be online until public health guidelines allow for in-person meetings. Once it is safe to meet in person, groups will have the opportunity to meet in person if they choose to do so.
